Definition of Bullying: Forcefully hurting someone physically or emotionally.  An example of bullying is laughing at people, this type of bulying is emotional bullying, also known as psychological abuse.  Here is a PSA to convince bullies to stop.  Stop bullying.  It's not nice.  Someone could have to go to the hospital even.
